Approach:
We created a video for PAM Jaya that was showcased at an international exhibition in Europe. The innovative aspect of this project was the integration of augmented reality (AR) technology. By scanning the PAM Jaya logo at the exhibition stand, visitors could view the video directly through their mobile devices. This approach not only provided an interactive experience but also allowed us to gather data on viewership by displaying engagement statistics.
Result:
The video was successfully used at the exhibition, enhancing the visitor experience through AR technology. It effectively communicated PAM Jaya’s role in providing clean water services in Jakarta, established in 1922. The AR feature was highly appreciated, making the presentation of PAM Jaya’s work more dynamic and interactive. Additionally, the engagement feature helped in quantifying the interest and interaction at the exhibition stand, providing valuable insights into visitor engagement.
